Hunan Yujing Machinery Co., Ltd. was a scientific & technological enterprise founded in 1998. It is located in Changchun Industrial Park of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, taking up an area of 71, 850 m2. The registration capital of Yujing is CNY 75 million, with a whole asset of CNY 300 million. Yujing Co. is one of the most important enterprises of advanced mechanic manufacturing as part of National Torch Project of China, and is certified by Science & Technology Department of Hunan Province as "Hi-tech Enterprise".
Yujing specializes in developing and manufacturing single-side, double-side lapping and polishing machines, multi-wire saws, and other relevant equipments. So far, we have developed over 30 kinds of products including B-series lapping machines (3B-22B), S-series lapping machines (3S-20S), polishing machines, multi-wire saws(YJXQ120A-XQ600A), and beveling machines.
Yujing machines are uniquely designed for cutting, lapping, and polishing a wide variety of surfaces where flatness and ultra precision surface finish is critical. These materials include magnetic materials, carborundum, sapphire, piezoelectric crystal, window lens, piezoelectric ceramic, molybdenum, semi-conductor CMOS, silicon, and other hard and fragile materials.
Yujing machines are in service with well know companies such as, NDK, Epson, KDS, Taiwan HARMONY, Taiwan DIAMONTEX, AG TECHNOLOGY, FOXCONN, BYD, etc. Up to now, our machines have been exported to Japan, Korea, Germany, USA, Philippines, Malaysia, Tainwan, Hongkong, and etc.
